Job Description

Our client is a digital exchange for institutional clients in Asia and globally, by offering an integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for crypto-currencies and digital assets.


In this position, you will be responsible for growing and delivering new Institutional customer acquisition targets and eventually managing a team of sales. You will support us to establish and build the company and combine your knowledge of the institutional clients’ market with your business acumen to bring greater brand awareness and increase new customer generation.


You will need to have excellent solution sales and people skills as you will be a part of the Management team, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. To be a successful Chief Commercial Officer, you will need to be highly entrepreneurial, having an extensive network of market contacts and have a good understanding of crypto and digital assets.



  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to bring institutional clients as per business targets
  • Ensure the best possible service to our clients and partners, and to represent the interests of those clients and partners within ecosystem
  • Support and collaborate with the rest of the management team to establish and build the company
  • Assess and develop new client-led product ideas that could deliver significant, long-term revenue potential
  • Utilise crypto expertise to devise in collaboration with Product Development and subsequently sell innovative products and services to clients
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies


  • Bachelor’s degree in business / economics or engineering
  • Minimum 10 + years’ experience in selling position
  • Experience in the crypto and digital asset space
  • Extensive experience in sales and relationship management for institutional clients
  • Ability to produce a narrative to customers around a broad portfolio of solutions to help meet business objectives
  • Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, experience engaging with C-suite
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
