Job Description

We are working with a very well placed Fintech business, specialised in providing a cloud or SaaS based solution delivering high class security for anyone trading or storing digital assets. Built around blockchain technology with a high level of focus on networking Security, this business is growing at a rapid rate with a very impressive solution they are taking to market.

As they grow, they now look to hire a Technical Support Manager in Singapore to cover APAC. With around 20 people in the region and a plethora of clients from leading Banks, hedge funds and crypto platforms themselves. This is a new hire, you will build a team up in the region from the ground up, reporting directly back to the Director of Customer Support in Europe.

The position and team will be responsible for providing fast and accurate technical support to regional and global clients, you will work closely with R&D, product and sales. Some management experience is required here, coupled with at least 4-5 years experience providing technical clients with high level support. Must be highly technical with hands-on experience in networking security and infrastructure. Networking security experience is a must as well as experience in SQL. Any exposure with SaaS solutions and Kibana is highly advantageous. This business is very focused within the Crypto marketplace, any experience, exposure or passion here is highly preferred.
