Our client is a low-code automation software, supporting global and regional financial institutions in their data transformation journey. Partnering with tier 1 global partners and an impressive list of tier 1 and 2 financial institutions, our client deliver solutions across the whole FI trading floor, from trade confirmation to reconciliation processes, allowing for higher efficiency and better accuracy.

The ideal incumbent is technically inclined and has a strong passion for customer service. Supporting a group of APAC clients, your core responsibilities will include the following:

  • Taking ownership of incidents and requests, you will work with clients to resolve any technical issues that arise from the use of their solutions
  • Manage support cases to ensure incidents and cases are recorded, tracked, resolved and follow-ups are completed in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders whenever necessary to ensure incident investigation and resolution is effective and efficient
  • Act as a subject-matter-expect of the clients software, how it is deployed and its applications
  • Play a key role in the delivery and implementation process, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Work alongside customers and internal teams to rapidly restore services should unforeseen failures occur
  • Monitor and perform application checks and services regularly to anticipate potential problems and resolve them before they impact customers
  • Collaborate on continuous improvements of technical and client interaction skills

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have the following:

  • A minimum of 9 years experience or equivalent in technical roles along with relevant technical skills, ideally in SQL or C# environment
  • A sound understanding of web technologies, such as .NET and/or SQL Server experience
  • A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, you will have demonstrated ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and are able to navigate through complex situations confidently
  • A customer-centric mindset is crucial to your success
